Delivery Methods :
Home-delivery of your favorite Fresh Foods, Fruits & vegetables to every urban and suburban neighborhood located in the Chattogram Metropolitan.
Perishable products which are not possible to send outside Chattogram City Urban area may not be available for Outside Chattogram City customers.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery Charge depends on several factors such as : Delivery Point, Product Types, Payment methods, weight of Goods etc.
Brand Wave is committed to minimize the delivery charges of shipments with out compromising quality and standard.
Order Receive & Delivery:
- Your order that was placed/received before 12 pm on weekdays, will be eligible for delivery on same day, and orders after 12 pm will proceed for next day delivery.
- If any customer remains unreachable or fails to receive the Order within ten (10) minutes from the time the order arrives at your delivery address, Brand Wave reserves the right to cancel the order without refund or remedy to you.
Order Delivery Time:
We will deliver your order within 24-72 hours of order within Chattogram metropolitan and Sub Urban Areas.
Outside Chattogram will take 7 to 15 days based on several factors. Our supply chain management will inform you if there are any consequences!

ডেলিভারী এরিয়া : সমগ্র বাংলাদেশে পন্য ডেলিভারী দেওয়া হয় ।

ডেলিভারী পদ্ধতি : শুধু মাত্র চট্টগ্রামেই বিতরন হবে এ ধরনের পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে তা পন্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ থাকবে । পচনশীল পন্য ব্যতিত অন্য যে কোন ধরনের পন্য সমগ্র বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারী হবে । পচনশীল পন্য সমূহ শুধু মাত্র চট্টগ্রামেই ডেলিভারী হবে।
ডেলিভারী চার্জ : পন্যের ধরন, ডেলিভারী এরিয়া, পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি, পন্যের ওজন, এসব বিষয়ের উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারী চার্জ নির্ধারণ হবে । ব্রান্ড ওয়েভ গ্রাহক থেকে সর্বদা সর্বনিম্ন ডেলিভারী চার্জ গ্রহনে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ।
কোন গ্রাহক পন্য বিতরনের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট করা স্থানে অনুপুস্থিত থেকে পন্য গ্রহনে ব্যর্থ হলে তবে ব্রান্ড ওয়েভ কর্তৃপক্ষ পন্যের অর্ডার বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার রাখে।
অর্ডারকৃত পন্য গ্রহণ ও বিতরন : পন্যের অর্ডার যদি দিনের ১২ টার পূর্বে হয় তবে আপনার পন্যটি ঐ দিনেই বিতরন বিভাগে চলে যাবে । পন্যের অর্ডার দিনের ১২ টার পরে হলে পন্যটি তার পরের দিন বিতরন বিভাগে যাবে ।
পন্য ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা: চট্টগ্রাম শহর ও এর পাশ্ববর্তী এলাকায় আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পন্য ২৪ হতে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারী হবে। চট্টগ্রামের বাইরে ডেলিভারী করার এই সময়সীমা ৩
থেকে ১৫ দিন। পন্য ডেলিভারী বিভাগের দায়িত্বশীল ব্যাক্তিগন পন্য সংক্রান্ত যে কোন ধরনের সমস্যা সম্মানিত ক্রেতাকে জানাবে।
